Associate Product Manager Location: Orange City, IA Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Benefits: Standard Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k, PTO, and Holidays Employment Type: Full Time Description: The Associate Product Manager will provide support to product management during market evaluations and product development process to ensure product performance meets the needs of the market. This position will assist with all aspects of product development prior to product release. Additionally, this position will serve as a training and development role in the product management department. Duties: * Assist Product Manager with product development process on various core products. * Complete product sales and profitability analysis reporting. * Interface with customers by conducting market evaluations on products and obtaining clinical feedback * Identify product gaps necessary to fill customer requests by implementing a market surveillance program. * Lead customer notification process for new product announcements and EOL programs. * Research and update competitive product matrices. * Assist with materials to support domestic clinical Centers of Excellence training programs and product release process. * Coordinate distribution of internal product support materials. * Provide sales and marketing training on product updates and new products. Qualifications: Candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree (BS) in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of product marketing and customer relationship management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified candidates will have * A working knowledge of major uses/applications of Radiation Oncology core products and processes. * Excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills. * Good ?people skills? * Must be able to interact in a dynamic, fast paced environment and make quick effective decisions. * the ability to work issues independently to root cause * PC skills for office applications * Ability to travel at least 40-50% of the time Other beneficial skills: * Understanding of trends in Radiation Oncology technology. * Ability to evaluate programs from a business perspective, developing balance sheets and financial evaluations to assess product profitability. * Understanding and participation in all aspects of marketing organization requirements and deliverables. * Execute training for both internal and external customers, worldwide. * Conduct public presentations as required and take part in trade shows and educational programs. -img src="iapplicants/images/applynow.gif" border=0
