Associate Programmer
Duties Responsibilities Under direct supervision, participate in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software or enhancements to existing software of simple or moderate complexity; review program specifications; code programs from the specifications; receive continual education to remain current in the industry; work with technical staff to learn and understand problems with software; make suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements; perform needed modifications or enhancements to programs; troubleshoot program problems and determine solutions; document programs and systems according to department standards; and perform other duties as assigned. Work Conditions May require irregular or additional hours for project completion; overnight travel outside normal location of assignment; and work in the customers? environment for an extended period of time.
