Established to business partner the Financial Services industry in London. our client coverage includes, Retail and Investment Banks, Asset / Fund Managers, Custodians, Private Equity houses, Hedge Funds and niche Finance businesses.

Our clients include some of the largest and most prestigious Global Institutions and recognised brands such as HSBC, Barclays, UBS and JP Morgan. Compliance is a high profile and very much in demand specialism within the financial markets, which in turn is driving the demand from our clients to find more staff and so we are searching to expand our highly successful compliance recruitment team.

This ever increasing demand for compliance staff is being driven by increased global and regional regulation and a concerted political effort to make sure the mistakes that led to the Credit Crisis do not happen again. Compliance is now at the centre of financial services firms strategy and growth plans as we move out of recession. We are seeing the volumes of vacancies in compliance increase by over 20% year on year, making compliance the hot market to recruit within.

Assume role of an Associate Consultant within the team to develop and enhance relationships with existing customers. We have a world-class training programme mixing the best of classroom and on the job training.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Provide a diversified permanent recruitment service for Compliance staff across all Financial Markets clients
Utilise the methods taught to you and the technology provided to develop a strong network of candidates and clients. 

Develop your sales writing skills to ensure that all advertising is on brand and of the highest quality.
Seek out new mediums / forums to develop your knowledge of the compliance market

Develop and embed a robust strategy to leverage from pools of existing business and build out new client relationships to increase wider market coverage

Be an ambassador of service excellence, internally and externally, with the highest standard of client customer satisfaction at all times maintained
Ensure all in-house tools and systems are utilised and maintained to provide enhanced support toward management of your own business

Ensure a pro-active approach to work, seeking out new business opportunities and new tools to help you to further develop your own desk and the wider business.

Commitment to service to both clients and candidates to ensure that you develop a strong personal brand within the compliance market.

Actively participate within the compliance community to enhance the reputation of the team
