Office Plumbing/Gas Co-ordinator
I am currently recruiting for full time permanent position based in Ely and interviews are imminent for a prompt start.
This role is a scheduling position working within the construction/maintenance industry where you will be tasked with supporting the gas/plumbing engineers in a customer service capacity. This role requires previous experience in scheduling, customer service focused roles where you have developed the skill to be diplomatic over the telephone as a first point of contact and also have an awareness of prioritising workload to meet demands and ensure that the emergency call out roles are given priority in the engineer's day.
This role is working for an established and well respected organisation and training will be provided, although you will be expected to have the base knowledge of customer service or scheduling roles as detailed above.
There is car parking on site and it is also situated very close to the train station, so would provide an easy access to all routes if you are a non-driver.
