Associate – Restructuring recruitment
Due to increasing deal flow, our client, a market leading Restructuring and Advisory firm who have enjoying a period of sustained growth, are currently recruiting an Associate in their Restructuring team. This role will enjoy excellent early client exposure while working on a broad range of assignments from complex-cross border cases through to mid-market engagements.
Responsibilities will include:
? Preparation if complex business reviews (IBR) and strategy reports
? Producing IMs and financial models for distribution to 3rd parties
? Re-financing – Review of short term cash flow forecasts, financial modelling to provide to banks
Candidates will be qualified Accountants with exceptional academics and proven communication and client management skills. Candidates will have experience of financial modelling, ideally gained within the Restructuring/ Corporate Finance / Transaction Services department of a reputable accountancy practice.
