Job Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Work closely as a team with the Credit Analyst (CA) and Client Coverage Manager (CCM) assisting senior coverage bankers in deepening relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsible for post deal account maintenance and helping to manage the risk associated with the portfolio.
Client calling and briefing on a regular basis for account maintenance and deal negotiation.
Attend to client inquiries and offer solutions promptly; maintain a good working relationship with both business and operational departments on the client side
Effectively use CRM for managing a healthy pipeline and also a record of client calls and discussions.
Drive client events / entertainments by coordinating with internal stakeholders and with client(s)
Ensure smooth on-boarding process for clients by coordinating with the relevant departments internally and externally

Business Management

Act as a key Business Manager for the senior Korea Team coverage bankers
Ensure quality of the sales pitch and marketing materials. Also review the Term sheets with senior RMs before delivering to clients.
Effectively use CRM for managing a healthy pipeline and also a record of client calls and discussions
Responsible for preparing briefing notes for senior management calls. Also engage internal stakeholders for marketing, credit and any other pertinent issues.

Requirements

Degree in a business-related discipline
A few years experience in a Sales or Client Service role in a foreign bank
Experience working in a Corporate/SME banking setting is essential
Strong English communication skills, preferably good Chinese language. Korean language is NOT required
Current Corporate RMs seeking a non-sales focused role in the sector are encouraged to apply
