Position Description:
Job Goals:
The Associates Sales Engineer will serve as direct link between customers and the business with responsibility for answering technical and application questions, initiating order processing, price quoting, maintaining ongoing communication with Field Sales and working closely with the Marketing and Laboratory Teams creating and implementing marketing programs.
Education, Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical Field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer contact position, in manufacturing preferred
• Excellent presentation, technical writing and communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal / professional abilities
• Initiative to operate independently or as part of a team
• Demonstrated project management ability a must
• High level of computer proficiency
• Analytical / Problem Solving Capabilities
• Chemistry knowledge and comprehension
• Sense of urgency / result orientation propensity

• Exhibits safety awareness and safe work practices
• Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business
