Associate & Senior Associate – Infrastructure Principal Investment recruitment
The Role:
To work with members of the asset management team and the executive management to maximise value.
Specific requirements:
• Attend portfolio company boards.
• Preparation and presentation of portfolio company performance to Infracapital management, investors and potential investors.
• Support portfolio company managements in the delivery of their business plans.
• Working with portfolio managements to deliver value enhancing projects.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing value of portfolio companies..
• Monitor activities and performance of competitor / comparable companies
• Support acquisitions, disposals and refinancing undertaken by portfolio companies.
Experience/Background Required:
• Good exposure of working with or in an infrastructure business.
• Investment banking, Principal Investment or consultancy - project finance, MA, Infrastructure
• An Additional European language.
• Excellent financial modelling skills - interpret and analyse financial and operating data.
• Potential to represent the company at Board level.
