Associate/ Senior Associate, Structured Credit Fund
Our client is a tier one investment fund based in London. They have recently raised a new fund to focus on structured credit investments and private loans, are now looking to add an Associate/ Assistant Director level professional to their team.
The fund investments and lends across a broad range of structured credit products, and has a flexible investment strategy. The role will involve the identification of investment and lending opportunities for the fund, credit analysis, deal structuring, formulation of investment strategies, and portfolio management. The fund will invest in multiple assets and will have considerable scope around the way in which deals are structured.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- Associate/ level professionals with credit funds with great knowledge of structured credit investing and lending
- Associate level investors, principal investors and traders with investment banks and funds, with strong backgrounds in this area
- Real estate professionals and investors with exceptional knowledge of debt markets
- Hedge fund professionals
- Experience in CMBS, CDO, CLO, and other structured credits would be great
- Strong valuation skills
