Job Function and Key Duties Responsibilities Supervises unit of the Telemarketing/Customer Service area. Responsible for daily operations in the unit including reporting and staff development. Duties and Responsibilities 60% of Time · Supervises a unit of service associates and/or support staff.·Monitor representatives phone calls and written work to ensure quality standards.· Meet identified team and unit goals.· Review and prepare individual and unit productivity reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 20% of Time · Maintain up to date knowledge on insurance related issues and knowledge of processes and procedures.· Coach and counsel of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) on technical and procedural issues. 15% of Time · Responsible for all personnel matters such as hiring, arranging training, conducting performance evaluations, and approving vacation, attendance and overtime matters.· Responsible for decision making on customer related matters. 5% of Time · Interact with other departments on a daily basis. Performs other assignments to comply with the Business strategies and initiatives.
