Associate, Singapore Business Partner, Group Human Resources recruitment

Responsibilities
- Support the Spore HR Head, who is part of the Country People Committee, for the review of people related issues to ensure relevance and competitiveness. The forum will strive to ensure consistency and equity in the administration of people policies and programs.
- Provide the strategic interface to senior managers / stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Champion engagement programs across BU / SUs in Spore.
- Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions.
- Work in partnership with colleagues in Corporate HR and HR Operations to ensure coordination in project / policy development and the enhancement of information provision and services to employees.
Requirements
- Degree holder with 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Conversant with the full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience.
- Confident business partner with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business at a strategic level and hands-on when required.
