As an associate software developer you’ll:
- Write forward-thinking, exciting code
- Program software applications in Visual Studio
- Write SQL Query scripts for data access
- Collaborate with our team of developers and analysts, 3rd party partners, and clients
- Check code in and out of Source Control
- Continually collaborate with team members to enhance our SaaS applications
- Communicate technical frameworks, requirements, and issues to non-technical audiences including clients and prospects
- Partner with clients throughout various stages of the design, development, and implementation of our solutions as well as provide ongoing support

Skills Requirements
The right candidate for this job is someone with:
- Has a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or software engineering
- Financial and operations technology experience; preferably within a retail or mortgage banking environment
- At least 2 years of application development and programming experience in .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, VB, SQL, AJAX, XML, JQuery, and web services
- Experience with web based technologies like HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Experience with SQL Server 2008R2/2012 database design and development
- Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio and other development tools
- Solid understanding in systems development methodology and systems development life cycle, structured system analysis, design, coding and testing techniques
- Ability to analyze the impact of system changes on existing processes and to design and implement modifications without the disruption to existing workflow
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and peers in order to exchange information and develop appropriate strategies to solve problems and meet client needs
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and communicate conflicting demands
