Strategy Business Development (SBD) reports to the COO Wealth Management and works as a partner to senior management of Wealth Management in shaping the strategy, driving business development efforts and monitoring the execution of key strategic initiatives.

Within SBD, the 'Strategy Development' (SD) department is responsible for supporting the senior management in defining the strategy of the division as well as of the major businesses, i.e. UHNW, European on-shore and cross-border businesses, Latin America, Russia, Middle East, APAC, providing a clear link from strategy to the annual planning process and driving organic growth initiatives. Associate Strategy Development Wealth Management (m/f)

you will be a member of the SD team with the following main tasks and responsibilities:

Work in project teams, in close cooperation with internal business partners from markets across Wealth Management
Gather information and conduct analysis that will support the development of strategic recommendations; actively participate in synthesizing findings and deriving recommendations
Conduct interviews with internal business partners, management and/or clients; run project workshops meetings
Develop financial models to support business opportunity assessments and business cases development
Participate in preparing and delivering presentations to internal business partners senior management

Degree from a leading university
2-4 years' of work experience as an analyst / (senior) associate at a strategy consulting firm or in a business development or strategy function at a financial institution
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
Fluency in English, German would be considered a plus
