Associate, Structured Credit Structuring
The role will allow the candidate get involved in all aspects of a deal process, supporting senior team members in client management and origination through to the structuring and execution of transactions.
The ideal candidate must have strong quantitative structuring and legal documentation skills and will work in a products solutions team (including financing) for financial institutions (including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, private banks, real money) and corporate clients globally, including some Emerging Markets. There will be a cash flow modeling test as part of the interview process.
Structured Credit product knowledge is essential as well has hands on structuring experience.
