Associate, Treasury Operations -Prestigious Private Equity Firm recruitment
The Singapore Treasury group will leverage an existing Treasury Management System ('TMS') to centralize the payment processing function for the region. Singapore Treasury will also continually seek opportunistic investment opportunities that preserve liquidity while also optimizing returns
The candidate would assist in automating invoice payments, wiring cash at the request of each region/business, opening of new bank accounts, and maintaining static data (i.e. vendor wire instructions). The candidate would also be integral in substantiating valuations on a variety of investment products and also would be required to produce several ad-hoc reports on such products/strategies.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Treasury/Cash Management function
- Previous experience using a TMS. Previous experience with the Wall Street Suite product is a significant plus
- Inputting wire requests
- Cash balancing and forecasting
- Updating standard settlement instructions
- General knowledge of SWIFT payment processing is a plus
- Familiarity with opening bank accounts and preparation of forms and letters related to bank account documentation (i.e. KYC, AML, corporate actions).
- Possess general knowledge of accounting and the impact of cash/investments on accounting results
- Quick learner and able to quickly turnaround ad-hoc requests
- Eagerness to learn
