We are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join our team as an Associate/ Researcher, providing support to Consultants within the Banking and Financial Services Team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consultants to provide recruitment solutions to clients
- Gather market intelligence and carry out in-depth industry and company research
- Manage our candidate database and engage in name generation and head-hunting
- Screen and build relationships with candidates
- Organise and schedule interviews
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment or executive search would be advantageous
- A good general understanding of the Banking and Financial Services Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English and Cantonese.
- Independent, motivated and well-organised
