Associates; Leveraged & Acquisition Finance recruitment
My client, a Top 10 Global Investment Bank is hiring Associates in its market leading Debt Financing team focused on Debt Structuring and Acquisition Finance due to increasing client demands.
They are looking for technically strong junior corporate finance professionals (from backgrounds including Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Acquisition Finance or Project Finance) with between 4 - 5 years' experience from reputable lending institutions or large investment banks.
Our client is a major player in the large-cap Acquisition Finance space (advising on over $30bn of transactions over the last year). They are consistently the 'first-call bank' for clients and are involved in a raft of prestigious, high profile transactions impressive in their scope, reach and complexity across EMEA.
As one of the top large-cap players they are looking for the highest calibre individuals at the Analyst and Associate level to join their team where you will benefit from working directly with senior individuals who are heavyweights in this industry, working on a multitude of transactions where you will be entrusted with unparalleled responsibility; undertaking portfolio management responsibilities, debt structuring and having the responsibility of running your own transactions from post origination through to execution.
They are looking for confident individuals with strong, broad technical expertise; Analysts (4 - 5 years' experience) gained from an Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance or Structured Finance background. You will be expected to have experience in valuation, modeling, financial analysis, the lending process, credit ratings and have a good understanding or willingness to learn about Fixed Income, DCM and Derivative products as well as the capital structure; investment grade, mezzanine, loans, high yield etc.
