Asst Mgr / Mgr – Corporate Secretary recruitment
Our client is looking for a dedicated and pro-active individual with a passion for writing, good organisational and interpersonal skills to join their Group Secretarial team. This is a very dynamic and stimulating role.
Your key responsibilities are:
Internal Customer (Board and Management)
- Support the Group Company Secretary in the writing of Minutes for the various Boards and Board Committees of the group of companies.
- Perform corporate secretarial duties to support and/or assist in:
* the preparation of and for the various Boards and Board Committee meetings providing corporate governance support for the listed and/or regulated entities
within the group of companies
* the board and business of the group of companies to fulfill statutory and/or regulatory obligations in corporate related matters
* organising the AGM and EGM (where applicable)
* the administering and maintaining of records, registers and other relevant
documents required by the Companies Act, Insurance Act and SGX Listing
rules
* the preparation of documents to shareholders, e.g. notices, circulars and
annual report to shareholders. - Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Group Company Secretary from time to time.
Job Requirements
- A chartered secretary with at least two years of working experience (preferably with an SGX-listed company); OR
- A graduate with at least four years of working experience (preferably with an SGX-listed company and/or in the insurance industry); AND possess good comprehension and writing skills.
