The role: ATS/RMO Lead, gTech Operations PLACEHOLDER JOB DESCRIPTION As a aAdvertiser Technical Solutions (ATS)/ Rich Media Operations (RMO) Lead, gTech Operationsa you will be part of the Sales Operations team providing service to the newly created gTech organisation (Google Technical Services). You will provide business judgment experience, analytical ahorsepowera and project leadership skills to support the operations and tactical strategic initiatives within the ATS / RMO Vertical of gTech. In this role you will interact daily with the Directors of the ATS and RMO gTech Verticals, as well as with their management teams. The role covers responsibility for both coordinating managing ongoing operational processes, quarterly/annual business reviews and planning as well as bespoke business/operational projects directly sponsored by gTech management. Google has very high performance standards and everyone is expected to work aggressively to achieve challenging goals. You have demonstrated top quartile performance in executive consulting or similar environment and have graduated with outstanding academic performance. You are a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry; you tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Responsibilities: * Contribute to developing and maintaining appropriate metrics and dashboards for the teams in ATS / RMO, guaranteeing real time view of the teams performance. * Manage annual/ad-hoc planning process and strategy reviews, coordinating closely with gTechas business partners (e.g. Sales Finance, HR, Sales and PM) * Assume primary responsibility for structuring and executing major business operational improvement projects a developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations. * Working alongside the ATS / RMO leadership team, proactively suggest, define, launch, and drive critical strategic, organizational and operational initiatives. * Own and coordinate clear business communications on operational performance to senior management. Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS degree. 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree * 7 years Relevant work experience in executive management consulting or similar environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Graduate degree from business school * Technical degree or knowledge of technology * Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment. * Superior Excel financial modeling skills; proficient PowerPoint skills.
