ATT Technical Sales Consultant 2 - IN Various Locations

Working as a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be part of the sales team and provide technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products. You will participate in joint sales calls with the sales representatives. You will sell the entire portfolio of ATT Data Services, ATT Security Solutions and ATT Hosting and Managed Solutions. This is an overlay sales position that requires you to have strong relationship building skills within an assigned territory. Additional Responsibilities: Consult with customers in selling and supporting company products and systems Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors Support unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications Answer customer inquires concerning system software and applications and provides software development and consultation to prospective users Understand, develop and deliver systems/applications solutions to customers business, information, technical and educational needs Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situation or data from which answers can be readily obtained Have a full, working knowledge of assigned company products and services Assignment may be at customer site, remote response center, corporate location or other site May build a mini-application based on customer requirements, to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping Work independently with minimum supervision/guidance Must accurately manage a forecast, funnel, and close data, hosting, and security sales
