Audit Account Manager recruitment
ASA's client have an excellent opportunity to join a well established professional practice providing audit, accounting, corporate finance, tax compliance and planning services to their clients.
They now seek to recruit a Corporate/Audit group Account Manager with a background preferably within small or medium accounting firm.
The successful candidate will either be newly qualified or be up to 2 years post qualified CA or ACCA with strong audit experience.
The role will have responsibility for a specific allocation of clients and will cover:
- Main client contact for the allocated portfolio
- Co-ordinate all the firms services to each client
- Recognise service opportunities for the firm
- Deliver high level of client service and satisfaction
- Report direct to partner
This role will have the following technical responsibilities:
- Undertaking audit work on clients requiring audit
- Preparing year end financial statements
- Preparing interim management accounts
- Assisting clients with year end accounting matters, processing adjustments etc
- Collating tax information for tax technical team
- Assisting clients with financial projections, business planning as required
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and self motivation are important attributes for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a driver who has build up their own network of contacts from their audit experience in the Edinburgh area.
