Audit – Assistant Manager

If you are looking to take a step up from an Audit Senior position to take on additional management responsibility within a highly regarded and expanding firm this could be an interesting role.  This job, based in Glasgow, offers the opportunity to move into an Assistant Manager position and the chance to work with a varied client portfolio.

You will be responsible for supervising and reviewing work of more junior team members whilst assisting with/performing more technical fieldwork tasks, liaising with clients, taking ownership of designated assignments from planning through to completion, liaising with managers and partners, mentoring and training of audit staff, aiding development of department through production of tender documents and other business development tasks and share in management of the department administration.

If you hold a relevant qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA), have significant audit experience across a range of sectors and have an awareness of ISAs and FRSs I would like to hear from you.  Experience of working within the charitable and further education sector is also desirable along with an appetite to get involved in business development.
