FM Helpdesk Manager

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing and service of Air Conditioning units, they supply cooling and refrigeration plant to the industrial, commercial and government sector.

They are urgently recruiting for a professional service deployer to run the maintenance scheduling and help desk function from their Midlands head office. You will be responsible for taking in maintenance jobs from customers, allocating the correct engineering resource, following the job though, liaising and appointing sub-contractors where necessary and ensuring job completion to the clients satisfaction.

You will have previous experience of working within a helpdesk or scheduling environment, ideally within an FM, building services maintenance or engineering environment. Experience of customer services and liaison would be an advantage.
