Assistant Manager in Audit, job opportunity in Belfast City Centre with a Large accountancy practice.
This is a new chapter for my client who is well known in the accountancy and finance market. With significant growth plans you will have the option to gain further promotions because the business model supports this.
Due to continuing growth there is a requirement to take on Qualified Accountants either ACA or ACCA at assistant manager level within their audit and assurance department.
As an Audit Assistant Manager you will have exposure to some of the most diverse and significant clients, allowing you to be recognised within the company and rewarded for that work.
You will be responsible for overseeing, planning and executing and ensuring the audits are complete on time and to budget.
Provide final technical review of the audit teams work before review.
Use your knowledge to identify and pinpoint risks and issues so that all elements of the audit is ready for sign off.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex accounting and audit concepts and have knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
If successful you will play a key part in the management element and therefore a proven background of performance and understanding of not only the technical issues but management of a team, but your people and business skills.
