Audit Compliance Manager Job - Caerphilly

My client a leading servicer of loans with more than 1 million customers is looking for an experienced Audit Compliance Manager. This exciting opportunity has arisen from the continued growth of the company.
The Compliance Manager would be looking after a small team and will need to have experience in a similar position from a Financial Services organisation.

The Audit Compliance Manager Job will involve:

.Provide daily, weekly and monthly support to the Compliance Team ensuring that all audit work is up to date and that the results are being collated appropriately
· Helping develop Compliance Monitoring programmes for each of our servicing clients
· Undertaking compliance audits and reviews on the company and reviewing the quality of the Compliance Team
· Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues and develop corrective action plans for resolution of issues and provide general guidance on how to avoid situations in the future.
· Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews
· Providing management reports regarding compliance operations and process
· Work with the operation to develop new compliance tests and controls either as a result to regulatory change or a new client requirement

Skills and Experience desired for this Job

You must have a minimum of 5 Years experience within a compliance manager / supervisor role in a Financial Services organisation
Experience of managing a team
Able to demonstrate ability to deal with regulations such as DPA, FCA, OFT and the MOJ

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, very articulate and an excellent communicator.
