Customer Care Agent

A globally recognised electronics manufacturer based around the Southampton area is seeking a fluent Polish speaking Product support Associate to join their expanding customer service team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and it is preferable that applicants have also have experience handling inbound telephone enquiries.

The key duties and responsibilities include:
· Consistently maximising work output through efficient use of time and resources.
· Investigating customer’s problems in a timely manner, providing accurate, factual replies.
· Identifying growing problems and bring these to the attention of a supervisor or Senior
· Technical Support Associate
· Promoting clear communications between GE and its customers.
· Ensuring that ISO procedures are observed.
· Provide the marketing department with support during the organisation and execution of shows.

Overall, the candidate will essentially be responsible for answering telephone and email enquiries from customers. They will offer both pre and post-sales support which is considered to be of a technical nature. In addition to this, the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
