Our specialist Pensions department works with all sizes of pension schemes right up to the largest in the UK. We help clients understand and manage key business risks, improve business processes and operating efficiency, and assure the validity of vital business information.

We are looking for a talented Auditor who is seeking an exciting new role within a specialised team. The role is primarily pensions audit, but may include some corporate audits as well as additional assurance projects such as analytics, risk reviews and systems reviews.

Your responsibilities as an Audit Executive will include:

- Effectively managing the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues

- Leading and managing fieldwork on clients' sites

- Demonstrating Business Development skills and identifying additional sales opportunities

- Demonstrating expertise in primary accounting frameworks (UK GAAP or IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters

- Identifying areas requiring improvement in the clients' business processes and making possible recommendations.

Qualifications/skills you will need as an Audit Executive:

- ACA/CA/ACCA (ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international qualification) - preferably first time passes

- External audit experience

- Degree qualified

- Experience with Pension Schemes is desired but not essential.
