£60,000 - £70,000.
My client is a well known leading international insurance broker based all over the world.
Their landmark London business is the hub of their Internal Audit function and they are now seeking to hire into their International team.
Based in London you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audits across the businesses international locations. Therefore you will be required to travel outside of the UK. You will be expected to travel up to 30% of your time. You will work closely with the rest of the Internal Audit function and as an Audit Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing audits across locations such as Asia Pacific, EMEA and South and Latin America.
As an Audit Manager you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and will have worked in the Insurance or Financial Services arena. You will hold a professional qualification; ACA/ACCA/CIA/IIA and will have a strong background in risk based audit.
This role will be ideal for someone looking for a step up into a Manager role so would probably have some experience in internal audit as well as external audit. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and will be able to communicate effectively.
Additional European languages would also be beneficial but are not essential.
