* Performs financial, operational and functional assurance, advisory and investigative reviews of departments, functions, systems, and/or policies, procedures, and practices. * Audit scopes encompass the highest risks; and involve the most complex projects associated with the use of financial, operational, and information resources. * Participate as a member of committees that has been appointed to develop technical requirements, and/or provide oversight and monitor the development of new systems associated with medical center operations or the physician billing function * Identifies control weaknesses that may have been root cause or contributors to the ability to perpetrate fraud or fail to detect or prevent improper acts.
1. Hospital Audit Experience 2. Strong Operational Consulting and Project Management 3. Excellent Communicator 4. Professional Auditing and Accounting Certification as CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE 5.
