Audit Manager (Ref: PSH/FIG/JS030DRR) recruitment

RESPONSIBILITY

Participate in the development of the audit policy and audit methodology
Participate in the development of the Annual Audit Plan including analysis of the business, actuarial and risk assessments
Plan, organize and supervise the complete audit process and ensures timely reporting within established quality levels, using the approved audit methodology
Establish contacts with all levels of management to ensure the fulfillment of approved audit assignments and audit objectives
Keep abreast of developments/new approaches in auditing
Adopt a creative and innovative attitude; make any suggestions that could contribute to improve the efficiency and productivity of his/her function
Assist the Audit Head on the quarterly reporting to the local Audit Committee(s)

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder, major in Business or Accounting
Minimum of 6 years experience, majority in actuarial and business auditing of Insurance
Have an analytical, open-minded, diplomatic, objective, positive, practical, methodical and persuasive personality
Able to manage time and make correct/logical/sensible decision effectively
Knowledge of auditing techniques and insurance activities, accounting principles control concepts and information technology concepts is preferably
Knowledge of laws and regulations governing various insurance business activities and corporate policies is preferably
Able to opening discuss findings and recommendations in order to ensure an effective and satisfactory result
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
