Audit Manager / VP recruitment
Our client is a key player in the local banking scene and has over the years embarked on footprints extensively in Asia. In line with this exciting expansion, they are actively seeking experienced audit / risk candidates to join as an Audit Manager / VP with in-depth understanding and experience in Consumer Banking Non-Lending products - distribution channels covering branches, remote banking and contact centres.
This is a managerial role and you will play an active role in guiding, coaching and managing staff and as well as in the delivery of audit engagements and initiatives. You will actively engage with the businesses to develop key controls to better manage risks and regulatory issues. You possess strong people engagement skills in managing relationship with stakeholders and acting as a Trusted Advisor on control issues.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 10 - 12 years of working experience in the banking industry, possess a Degree and preferably with certification in CIA, CPA, CFA or CFSA. Good project management and problem solving skills are desirable traits. You should have excellent oral and report writing skills, high level of integrity and initiative.
