Audit & Risk Manager Job in Kennesaw 30144, Georgia Us
Undertake internal audit review of group companies. Identify any non-compliance of key control procedures and sanctioning conditions.
Undertake field examinations of prospective and existing clients when required. Identify any potential issues and make recommendations on how to manage the facility in a secure manner.
Visit problem clients to assess true position. Report results to management with recommendations on how to proceed.
Review executed company legal documentation for consistency and accuracy.
Analyze results of due diligence searches, audits, and background reports to verify completed and acceptable.
Identify critical transactional/structural risks. Make recommendations on how to control to Senior Management Team.
Analyze and monitor large client’s historical and projected financial statements, cash flows, and borrowing base availability of collateral value.
Review reports generated from operational systems for any potential issues. Raise concerns if necessary to relevant members of Management.
Develop/update operational procedure documents when required.
Provide accurate information to external auditors, when needed, in a timely manner.
Undertake due diligence of potential acquisition targets.
Liaise with Risk Group, as needed, to ensure potential issues are handled in a correct manner.
Train and develop staff in general risk awareness and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
Accounting/Auditing background preferred. Requires knowledge of field examination techniques and in-depth understanding of Risk and Legal Issues in relation to Factoring. Must have experience as a Senior Operations/Credit Person.
