Two Auditors required for Hong Kong listed company
A non-financial services firm is looking for an auditor and an IT auditor.
Requirements for IT Auditor
Suitable candidates should also have proven risk-based IT auditing or security administration or programming experience; in-depth knowledge of data security; and a degree in Computer Science or related discipline. The CISA or CISSP qualification would be advantageous.
You will perform substantial data analysis to achieve audit objectives, therefore two to three years programming experience with strong analytical skills are required. Preference will be given to candidates with previous data mining experience and use of CAATs tools such as ACL. In-depth knowledge of SQL database is a must while previous SAP or Oracle system experience would be a definite advantage.
Requirements for General Auditor
Suitable candidates will participate in planning and execution of risk-based audit assignments and special reviews for different companies and lines of business as well as assisting in the ongoing development of audit methodologies. Candidates should be a degree holder with an internationally recognized Auditing or Accounting qualification. The ideal candidates will have gained at least 3 years of audit experience from multi-national organizations or Big-4 firms.
Requirement for both Auditors
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are mandatory. Previous PRC and regional exposure is definitely an advantage. At least 50% of travel should be expected.
