Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Performs customer call activities to inform customers of their loan
- Ensures accurate file updates
- Resolves questions, complaints, and requests that may be varied and complex
- May contact other internal departments or external customers to resolve issues
- Counsel, problem solve and negotiate with confidence
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equilavent
- Associates degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in auto finance or customer service environment
Abilities and Skills:
- Strong telephone communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated
- Customer driven
- Able to perform in a fast pace environment
- Great organization and detailed skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Must be internet savvy and be able to conduct searches on the internet
- Must be a Team Player
