Kyna Associates are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Analyst for their leading Financial Services Client based in Peterborough, East Anglia on an 18 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical Business Analyst to be the interface between the Business and IT and will suit an individual who has a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) background. The role of the Business Analyst will be a varied one whereby you will examine business initiatives/problems and take a structured view of business change to identify the necessary process/systems changes required. You will work on a variety of different projects, interfacing between the business and IT (developers / testers) and therefore need a business analytical background with exposure/experience in systems or user acceptance testing.
Key experience needed for the Business Analyst will include:
- Business Analysis background
- Strong analytical skills
- Worked to formal methodologies such as Prince 2, Agile, Waterfall etc
- UAT or Testing background
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working with IT Development teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood
- Experience of reviewing system specifications to ensure that all areas of the business requirement are accurately reflected
