Innovative Media Millwork Division is growing and has opening for AutoCAD/CNC Programmer for Custom Millwork, Cabinet and Display fabrication.
Innovative Media is a graphics and millwork company. We manufacture mid to high end architectural millwork, custom fixtures, displays and office furniture for the automotive dealership image programs and retail environments. We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD operator that has knowledge of fixture and cabinet fabrication. Experience in CNC programming.. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Essential Functions Requirements
Candidate will be required to produce AutoCAD shop drawings for use in fabrication and able to program DXF cut files for CNC to produce parts for assembly and maximize materials usage.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information; ability to understand and follow instructions.
Self-starter and motivated with strong analytical, coordination and organizational skills; must be able to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning across the organization.
Take the initiative on special projects that are identified by management (on a project by project basis).
Qualifications
Degree or combined formal education with experience in AutoCAD software
Detailed experience with reading blueprints and shop fabrication drawings.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work independently.
