Automation Project Leader – Business Analyst, Contract, Zurich, Switzerland recruitment

In this challenging contract position you will be the lead of the Swiss Automation stream. This includes:

- Regular status reporting to global enabling program as well as regional program implementation governance

- Finalize Analysis of existing Channels/ Tools, Processes

- Develop Strategy and Master plan for service request automation

- Syndicate Master plan / activities with global AC program, GPS System engineers as well as application owner

- Understand and analyse IT Services

- Actively manage and push automation 

- Optimize existing workflows

- Eliminate unstructured processes

- Reduce workflow tools

- Deliver reliable and on time Please specify Scope of Work and/or detailed Job Role.

- Track progress against Master plan$

In order to be considered as a potential candidate for this role you have the following skills and experience:

- Strong business analysis and problem solving skills are essential

- Project management skills

- Strong experience in leading projects

- At least 5 years of experience as a project-/line manager (preferable automation projects)

- Strong process management skills (ITIL)  

- Excellent analytical skills

- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English

- Very good MS Office skills
