AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR Hillview Motors Western PA's largest Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram dealer, has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor. Responsibilities Meet and greet Service customers Provide superior service and exceed the customer's expectations Manage the process of servicing the customer's vehicle quickly and safely Review details of repair invoice with customer to gain their understanding of all services provided Address customer's questions /needs promptly professionally Establish long term positive relationships with customers Requirements Superior customer service skills Great Attitude with high energy personality Outstanding communication skills Well organized Professional appearance and work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on performance Complete hospitalization including dental vision paid at the family rate with a small employee co-payment (7 ½) paid holidays per year with up to two weeks paid vacation 100% company funded profit sharing plan with no employee co-pay;contributing an amount up to 10% of your annual gross wage Annual bonus based on company and personal performance All applications kept in strict confidence.
