Kelly Engineering Resources is looking for 3 (one per shift) experienced Industrial Engineers to support a program overhaul with one of our customers in Lexington, KY. This customer is a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier and a global leader in their market. In addition to the job details listed below, the ideal candidate will have a focus and proven track record with training, process evaluation, improvement and implementation, and time study analysis. General Summary: The Industrial Engineer assumes full responsibility for program manufacturing processes, line and fixture concepts, material flow concepts, and floor layouts. Interface with production teams as customers and provide support accordingly. Provide input concerning the ability and feasibility of manufacturing and assembling of product designs. Performs duties and responsibilities as a team player. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: · Support PSW and prototype builds with Engineering · Ensure compliance with RFE/PCR procedures · Audit processes, reports non conformance to Manufacturing Engineering Manager and/or Plant Manager · Develops program manufacturing processes, flow diagrams, and floor layouts using CME standards · Responsible for process FMEA and keeps current with product changes · Prepares and maintains production bill of materials · Develop production tooling line-ups and arranges for design builds, on-time delivery of tools, check and assembly fixtures utilizing CME for sourcing and follow-up support · Develop production equipment specifications · Assist Packaging Engineer in the development of end item packaging designs with customer's packaging engineer using CME standards · Provide support to vendors that supply components and/or tooling · Prepare and maintain complete process instructions · Performs other duties as required to support the development team · Approve prints on new releases or changes to parts for acceptable manufacturing feasibility and realistic tolerancing · Act as the Project Engineer on current program changes · Develop rework / repair procedures as needed Perks: Optional Medical and Group Life Insurance available Continuous Learning and Career Development (Kelly Learning Center) Employee Discounts (PerkSpot) Electronic pay, pay stubs and W2 available Holiday Pay and Service Bonus (must meet program requirements) Qualified Industrial Engineers please ?Apply Now.?
