AVALOQ SUPPORT
The successful candidate will look after the functioning of existing services / applications and assist with identifying problems, aid in implementing the solutions, and providing continuing support. Furthermore, we expect the candidate to be involved in identifying system fixes as well as install, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade, and resolve all technical inquiries regarding software, hardware, and infrastructure systems.
****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AVALOQ SYSTEM
General Requirements
• At least 1 year of application/production support experience within a bank or financial institution
• Fluent English and Mandarin speaking because the support will be provided for APAC locations
• Degree or Diploma in Business Information Science, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines ideally with completed internships within finance/IT
Technical Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) for Oracle 11g and Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2007
• Understanding of Unix commands and scripting
