AVP – Sales Manager, Institutional Investors recruitment

In this newly created role, you will be part of the Asia sales team who is responsible for securing new clients to generate profitable revenue streams to the bank, via the sale of the whole securities products and services portfolio. You will also identify areas where the securities services could provide value-added and differentiating services to prospective clients and quantify opportunities.

You will be managing the sales effort for prospective clients within designated business areas and achieving individual sales targets. In addition, you will need to establish a leadership position for the Securities Services amongst the asset owners, and assets managers and financial intermediary segments in China; through generating and closing profitable sales opportunities.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and fluent in Mandarin and English. You will have around 8 years of experience in either Relationship Management or Sales for Securities Services companies. Candidates with a strong network amongst COOs/Head of Operations will have an added advantage.
