My client is one of the top BPO companies in the world. They are publicly listed on the NASDAQ (EXLS) and are head-quartered in New York.
They are a rapidly growing world class, global professional services group dedicated to helping CFO’s develop and execute winning strategies and to drive improvements in effectiveness across the Finance organization.
They now seek an AVP to join their banking and finance transformation division to lead a team of 16 people.
This opportunity offers candidates the chance to lead a practice in under 5 years time and will have exposure to the CEO and COO.
The role will involve around 10% travel to New York and Singapore.
