AVP- Business Planning Analysis (Finance Planning and Analysis) recruitment
A leading international bank has a brand new opening for AVP (Business Planning Analyst ) in its Consumer Banking Division. This role is to carry out performance reporting, business planning and forecast its operation plans.
The role will include but definitely not be limited to:
•advisory role on business results, performance commentary and variance analysis
•preparation of key financial presentations to senior management and business
•maintain early warning systems for performance management, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results
•develop Product/Segment/Branch PL
•provide sales performance analysis
•business interface to obtain market data to perform competitors analysis and benchmarking
•forecast to management to provide financial visibility
•manage risks and opportunities, freezes and overspends to minimize surprises
•support business partners to ensure sustainable profitability of the business
•preparation of Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
•involve in the month end process in conjunction with finance and business teams to ensure all financials are accurately reflected in the financial statements
•provide finance support and financial analysis to business, marketing sales
•financial modeling and sensitive analysis for new business/initiatives
•perform out value-added analysis on financial data
•perform post-implementation financial analyses on past initiatives
•organizational Collaboration and Best Practice Sharing and Setting pricing guidelines
•review marketing programs, incentive schemes and new initiatives
This role requires a Bachelors degree or post graduate qualification (Finance or Accounting Degree Preferred). The ideal candidate will come from a Financial Planning and Analysis experienced in the banking industry with a minimum experience of 6yrs. An excellent relationship management and good product knowledge is crucial for this role
