RFP Specialist & Marketing Associate recruitment

Your primary responsibility will be responding to RFP’s and general inquiries from clients, supporting the Institutional Sales team and reporting to the Head of Global Sales. Moreover, you will support the Global Sales team in the production and distribution of marketing materials and ensuring power point presentations are updated.

Other tasks include helping maintaining the team's CRM system including producing activity reports and mail shots and co-ordinating and managing all events in the UK and liase with overseas colleagues on global sales and marketing events, including industry conferences and roadshows.

Finally, you will assist the Head of Global Sales with quarterly management reporting and project management.

Self-motivated team player

Candidates should ideally have 2-5 years experience from asset management and be highly motivated. Candidates with knowledge of Nordic speaking countries would be preferred, but is not essential.

You are a strong team player that is self-motivated and work well under pressure with a willingness to work outside regular office hours when required. You must also be able to work effectively with members of management.

Good academic qualifications; especially English writing and statistical skills will be valued highly. You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
