AVP-Compliance recruitment

Responsibilities
-Perform and oversee continuous testing and examinations of ratings documentation and processes for compliance with internal policies and procedures.
-Supervise the work performed by compliance associates.
-Work with LOB and Operations senior management to track and validate remediation plans.
-Prepare periodic and ad hoc compliance reports outlining the results of Compliance's Surveillance program and present results to Compliance Officers and senior management.
-Work with the Rating Teams, Operations, Legal and Internal Audit to continuously enhance the Surveillance Program.
-Develop creative automated solutions to address testing needs and present information in a concise and comprehensible manner.
-Assist in reviewing new or amendments to existing policies and procedures.

Qualifications
-At least eight years of compliance and/or audit experience focusing on compliance-related surveillance/examination activities.
-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
-Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
-Financial institutions or capital markets environment experience.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented.
-Must be highly organized and efficient with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
-Must be able to work on own initiatives and effectively supervise others.
-Multilanguage with the ability to translate documents is a plus.
-Strong Microsoft Access, Excel and Word skills.
-Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE are preferred.
