The Company
Our client is a leading investment bank in the region. As a result of fast growth in the region, they are looking for an experienced control room candidate to expand the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Control Room, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for reviewing and handling day to day research and marketing material as required by the business.
- Perform monitoring and surveillance for restricted list and watch list.
- Perform conflict check analysis and escalation to senior management for resolution.
- Advise the business on Chinese Walls and other related issues.
- Enforcement of key compliance policies firm across the firm.
Your Profile
- University degree holder in business or law related disciplines.
- You should have 5 years of experience with 3 years in a control room function.
- A good understanding of securities and futures regulations, listing rules and takeover codes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must.
