Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an AVP to join their Dividends team in Glasgow on a permanent basis.
For this AVP Dividends role the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
-managing a team of 7 analysts
-liaising with operations and business teams across the region and globe
-developing a client service model for our internal and external clients
-working in partnership with senior operations management
-drive continuous improvement to the control environment and instigate behavioural change
The ideal candidate for this AVP Dividends job will:
-have experience within an Investment Bank
-have significant business experience and technical understanding of corporate action/dividend processes
-have experience of processing corporate actions and dividends across global markets
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-have strong internal relationship management skills
