AVP eCommerce Futures Client Services
Our client is looking to further expand its Electronic markets Client services offering with a particular focus on Futures and Options.
The role of the AVP will be to manage 1 line support for key clients, on-board new clients and assist clients in managing risk. You are likely to be a natural mentor and will ideally be based in Singapore. You will have at least 4 years eCommerce Client Services experience and be comfortable working closely with clients in a high pressure environment. Ideally you will have strong FO knowledge and some exposure to Algos is an advantage. The ability to meet clients face to face work with product management on product enhancements is key.
