Responsibilities:

This position will be to join an Equity Derivative Confirmations Team. The person will work very closely with the Marketing, Sales and Trading Desks, the main focus of the work will revolve around drafting and executing equity derivative contracts transacted with insurance, corporate and hedge fund customers. Responsibilities include:

· Preparation and execution of equity confirmations for all vanilla and exotic products including equity, dispersion, variance, accrual and volatility Swaps as well as dividend and variance options to a high standard as per ISDA terms.
· Provide back up and support to other members of the confirmation team when necessary.
· Provide quick, efficient and accurate service for Marketers regarding documentation issues.
· Monitor daily statistics and keep them at an acceptable level agreed upon by management.
· Deal with and quickly resolve queries and ad-hoc requests from all areas including external clients relating to documentation and terms of the trades.
· Develop good relationships with clients, both Corporate and Inter-bank, in order that outstanding issues are resolved and documents retrieved in a timely manner.
· Liaise with Legal Department to agree upon acceptable language for documentation.
· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other internal clients such as Legal, Marketers, Trading, Middle Office, and Back Office.

Skills

Product Knowledge and Skills:
· Min +4 years in the equity derivative industry in a Documentation environment
· Understanding of the mechanics of the following products: equity, dispersion, variance, accrual and volatility Swaps as well as dividend and variance options and Novations/ Terminations of the aforementioned products.
· Extensive experience of equity ISDA documentation drafting
· Strong and developed understanding and knowledge of equity ISDA terms.
· Excellent product knowledge of equity products including exotic equity derivatives
