AVP FX/MM Product Controller recruitment
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen at an accomplished Top Tier Investment Bank. They are seeking a high calibre individual to join as an AVP Product Controller to join their FX/MM team.
You will be overseeing PL Production processes and working around the Balance Sheet performing Reconciliation and Substantiation tasks. You will have ownership over reporting processes and be pivotal in streamlining and improving current processes.
You will be ensuring Balance Sheet and PL control are maintained to adequate levels and be constantly interacting with various departments such as Front Office, IT and various Senior Stakeholders. The role offers good scope for growth and progression within the business with a view to exploring a vast range of internal opportunities in due course. In addition to this you will be integral coordinating in ad-hoc projects driving the business area forward.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record with a Degree in a numerate discipline. You will also be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have over 3 years Product Control experience gained within an Investment Bank. You will also have strong product knowledge around MM, FX or Interest Rates Products. The successful candidate will have good systems skills with strong Excel skills, a knowledge VBA is not essential but will be seen as a distinct advantage.
